INGREDIENTS
200 g cream 35%
200 g yogurt
50 g icing sugar
1 pinch of cardamom
METHOD
In a mixer with the whisk attachment, whip on medium and then high speed the cream, icing and cardamom until forms stiff peaks. Add the yogurt and whisk. Serve on bowl and decorate with orange sweet spoon on top.
