Pastry shop “Th. Vessala’’ was established in 1994 on Poros, Greece. Since that time, Theodora and Sotiria (daughter) keep combining their extensive experience in traditional pastry baking with advanced technology in order to provide their customers with fresh quality products of nutritional value and signature taste. The professional training in the field of nutrition and food engineering (Diploma on Chemical Engineering, National Technical University of Athens, Fondazione Istituto Europeo di Oncologia) and their continuing education in the field of gourmet pastry and frozen desserts (Le Monde Institute-Athens, Ecole Lenôtre-Paris, Carpigiani Gelato University-Italy, Chocolate Academy-UK) give them the ability to constantly update their products.
