CHOCOLATE RICE PUDDING – CRANBERRIES & HIBISCUS

INGREDIENTS

150 g glutinous rice

1 lt milk

200 g water

2 tsp corn flour

150 g chopped dark chocolate RED SQUARE (SOTIRIA ARONI)

200 g sugar

1 vanilla pod

1 pinch of salt

 

METHOD

In a medium saucepan combine the water, salt and rice. Heat until almost all the water evaporates. Reduce the heat to medium and add the milk and sugar. Leave it to boil about 15 min, stirring frequently. Add the corn flour diluted in 2 tbsps of cold water, add vanilla and stir until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and pour into the chopped chocolate and stir until melted.

Serve into bowls and allow to cool.
